Mr Jake Okechukwu Effoduh is a legal consultant and a human development expert. He serves as a Fellow and Assistant Director of the Council on African Security and Development (CASADE). CASADE is a non-profit research-driven collectivity of experts and academics that carry out projects, and offer guidance to African ministries, agencies, universities and international organizations. He is also a consultant with Synceritas; the world’s premier human rights based intelligence profiling used to reduce exposure to unethical transactions in business enterprises globally. Jake Okechukwu has gained 7 years experience in using the law for human development and 11 years experience in the use of traditional media for development. He has been a freelance radio presenter with the BBC Media Action since 2006 anchoring “Talk Your Own Make Naija Better” one of Nigeria’s most popular radio programmes which is aired on over 150 radio stations with more than 35 million Nigerians tuning in weekly. Winning the 2014 Future Africa Awards in Community Action; the 2015 Africa Youth Choice Award for Human Rights and the 2016 African Broadcaster of the Year, Jake Okechukwu Effoduh has been listed by ventureburn.com as one of the 50 Africans that will transform the continent. He holds a Legum Baccalaureus from the University of Abuja and a Masters in Law from the University of Oxford. He is the past Curator of the Abuja Global Shapers Hub.

She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Stellan Consult Limited and the Director and Founder of Bodywise Health Club Limited. She has worked in several private companies and has a wide experience in the media industry, having won several journalism and business awards. She is also a Trustee and founder member of Starehe Girls Centre and a founder member of various organizations and institutions amongst them, Media Owners Association, Association of Media Women in Kenya, Kenya Women’s Finance, Public Relations Society of Kenya amongst others.
Dr. Mongezi C Makhalima is an organisation development specialist, organisational learning expert & Executive coach.With over 20 years experience in corporates and NGO’s focusing on Human resources, talent management and change management, he is currently the director at the Pretoria Centre for Work-Based learning, a professional development outfit that prepares people for entry into the professions of Project Management, Accounting, Coaching & Coaching Psychology, Organisation Development, Local Government and Entrepreneurship.
He is currently the Chairperson of the Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology, former chairperson of the Membership Criteria and Standards of Competence committee with COMENSA, former Deputy Provincial Chairperson of the Gauteng provincial chapter. Mongezi is also one of the founding members of the Special Interest Group on Consulting and Coaching psychology with the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists of South Africa (SIOPSA). He is one of the global founding members of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).
He holds a BCom in Industrial Psychology and Business management, an MBA through the University of the North West, an MA in Coaching Psychology (Work-based Learning) from Middlesex University in the UK as well as a post-graduate certificate in group process consultancy (using the tavistock methodology) through the University of South Africa; and is a Doctoral fellow in Organisational Psychology with the Commonwealth University in the UK.
